CRUISE ROUTE

Generally, there are two areas in the upper Vltava that you can enjoy on a boat: downstream to the centre of Prague and upstream past Žluté lázně towards Modřany.

The centre is of course suitable for sightseers (Vyšehrad, Náplavka, Dancing House, Mánes Gallery and a view of Prague Castle). Within the longer 5-hour cruise, compared to the shorter version, it is also possible to sail through the lock towards the Charles Bridge and Štvanice. Unfortunately, it is not 100% possible to guarantee the passage through the chamber due to the high traffic of steamers at some exposed times.

The upper part of the river is in the vicinity of Žluté lázně, where there are sandy or grassy beaches and many other pleasant places. This part is quieter and greener, it is also possible to swim because the water is cleaner.

We can usually do both parts in 3h and 5h cruise. However, you have one big advantage - at any time you can tell where exactly you want to go (between Mánes Gallery and Modřany) and the captain will set the course in that direction.

You can also choose any place to stop, either in the middle of the river or even get off for a short walk.

IMPORTANT: Passage through the lock to Charles Bridge is not possible for cruises shorter than five hours due to heavy steamer traffic at certain exposed times.

EMBARKATION POINT

We embark at Náplavka - Výtoni (about 50 meters behind the Kayak Bar towards Vyšehrad). A link to a map with the exact boarding point will be sent to you after booking.

 

CRUISE

All our cruises include a professional captain and the possibility to use all the equipment of the boat including beer tap with cooling and free drinking water. You can book a cruise for three or five hours and have the option to choose your own route (between the Mánes Gallery and Modřany).

​

Food and drinks are ordered after you submit your reservation, you will receive our order link. In the case of your own drinks or food, a corkage fee of CZK 300 per person applies (if you order drinks, food or extra services with a total value of over CZK 4,900 through us, no corkage fee applies).

​

You can also book our extra services such as barbecue with chef, rum tasting, live music or hostess/striptease.

• 50% advance payment by proforma invoice (balance due one week before the cruise by proforma invoice or cash before the cruise)
